Stan Syfert

Stan Syfert is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in Python and Java EE. Currently employed at West IT Solutions since June 2021, Stan is focused on bringing the backend of the Amsterdam App to production for the city of Amsterdam. Prior to this role, Stan contributed to the development of human-centric tools at Gemeente Amsterdam, where Stan served as lead developer for the Object Detection Kit within a multidisciplinary team. Stan's background includes experience as a Junior Software Developer at CERON IT SOLUTIONS, as well as teaching programming and providing assistant support at Fontys Hogeschool ICT. Stan holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and an MBO in Graphic Design from Grafisch Lyceum Rotterdam.
