Jennifer Quintana has extensive experience in advocacy and case management, currently serving as a Student Advocate at West 40 Intermediate Service Center No. 2 since January 2018. Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a DCFS Housing Advocate at La Casa Norte from March 2015 to January 2018, focusing on providing support to families and youth engaged with the Department of Children and Family Services facing housing crises. Jennifer's career began as a Receptionist at Power Plant Services from December 2012 to January 2016. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences from East-West University, attended Morton College, and studied at Concordia University Chicago.

West 40 Intermediate Service Center #2 is part of Illinois' network of regional education agencies supporting public schools and districts in the western Cook County suburbs. We provide support by working alongside educators, administrators, families, and the communities, to ensure every student has a chance for success and have every opportunity to become who they are meant to be. Services include teacher and administrator professional development, alternative learning centers, school improvement planning support, and assistance with implementing governmental policies and initiatives.
