Ken Dunn started their work experience in 1987 at Xerox, where they worked as a Production Analyst for nearly two decades. In 2006, they joined Variable Image Printing as a CIO/Director of Operations, focusing on brand development, website growth, and generating new business deals. In 2012, they moved to Westamerica Communications as the Director of IT, responsible for managing network solutions, servers, and software licensing.

Ken Dunn attended NewHorizons from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
