Westat
Debra Rog serves as the Vice President and Associate Director at Westat since January 2007, bringing extensive experience in evaluation and program improvement. Previously, Debra held the position of President at the American Evaluation Association in 2009 and directed the Washington Office of the Center for Evaluation and Program Improvement at Vanderbilt University from 1990 to 2006. Earlier in her career, Debra worked as the Associate Director for the Office of Programs for the Homeless Mentally Ill at the National Institute of Mental Health from 1987 to 1989. Debra's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Social Psychology from Vanderbilt University, a Master's degree in Social Psychology from Loyola University Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from American International College.
