Lyn Babb Schmid

Lyn Babb Schmid, Ed.D., currently serves as a Field Data Collector at Westat since 2012. From 2014 to 2016, Lyn held the position of International President for DKG: The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International, a prominent organization focused on the personal and professional growth of women educators. Prior experience includes serving as the Central Region Coordinator for the Pennsylvania Principals Mentoring Network from 2008 to 2012 and as Principal in the Hempfield School District from 1977 to 2008. Lyn holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Temple University, a Master of Education in Reading Supervision from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, and an Ed.D. in Leadership and Policy Studies from Auburn University.
