Don Nichol is a law enforcement professional with extensive experience in loss prevention and security. Currently serving as a Law Enforcement Officer for Westbank First Nation since May 2023, Don has held various roles including Loss Prevention Manager and Supervisor at London Drugs, and has worked as an Exam Invigilator at JIBC Security Programs. Prior experience includes serving as an Auxiliary Constable with the RCMP. Don's educational background includes certifications from Wicklander-Zulawski, Franklin Covey, and a Certificate in Mediation/Conflict Resolution from Royal Roads University and the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
