During the construction phase our personnel are committed to delivering a first class quality project completed on program working closely with the project team professionals, financiers and consultants to ensure the completed project achieves its full potential.

To facilitate a smooth transition from seller to purchaser and from developer to body corporate one of our maintenance managers will be on hand to work with the sales team to attend to all minor defects and owner enquiries and ensure a seamless transition from developer to owner throughout the sales and occupation period.
