Jennifer V. has over 20 years of work experience in various roles within the mental health and substance use treatment field. Jennifer most recently worked as the Director of Business Development and Outreach (National) at WestBridge - Men's Mental Health & Substance Use Treatment. Prior to that, they were the Regional Resource Director (New England) at Caron Treatment Centers, where they served as a liaison to the New England clinical community, identified treatment options for patients and raised awareness of program developments. Jennifer also held the position of Provider Relations Manager at McLean Hospital, where they raised awareness of the hospital's programs and services, built relationships with organizations, and facilitated meetings with key stakeholders. Before that, they were a Project and Grants Manager on the philanthropy team at Advocates and a Senior Community Relations Coordinator at UHSBos. Jennifer began their career as a Consultant/Employee Assistance Program Clinician at Ceridian LifeWorks and a Consultant/Development Social Worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Jennifer V. has a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Clinical and Macro Practice from Boston University School of Social Work. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Framingham State University. In addition to their degrees, Jennifer has obtained certifications in Fundraising Basics from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP-Global), Human Services Management from Boston University School of Social Work, and LICSW from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
