Piyush Dutt

Piyush Dutt is an experienced HR executive currently serving as an Operating Advisor at WestBridge Capital since February 2023. Previously, Piyush held the position of Chief People Officer for Compass Group in India from June 2021 to February 2023. Piyush's extensive career includes significant roles such as Chief HR Officer at Vishal Mega Mart Pvt Ltd from February 2011 to June 2021, and Associate Vice President & Head of HR for HCL Technologies from January 2007 to February 2011. Early career experiences include HR positions at Gillette, where Piyush progressed from Management Trainee & HR Executive to Senior HR Adviser and Group Compensation Analyst over an eight-year period. Piyush holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Hindu College, Delhi University.
