Simon Worth

Simon Worth is an accomplished professional in the real estate and finance sectors, currently serving as the Head of Capital Transactions at Westbridge Funds Management since October 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Transaction Manager at Charter Hall from February 2018 to October 2020, and Head of Valuations (Australia) at Goodman from October 2007 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Simon held roles as Associate Director - Advisory and Property Valuer at JLL between December 2000 and September 2007. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce - Finance and International Business Economics from The University of Western Australia and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce - Property from Curtin University. Simon is also a graduate of Hale School.
