Katherine Kelley

Katherine Kelley, MCE, PE, is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in wastewater management and civil infrastructure projects. Since January 2017, Katherine has served as the Wastewater Division Manager and Assistant City Engineer for the City of Westbrook, Maine, overseeing the operations and compliance of the Wastewater Division. Prior to this role, Katherine was a Civil Engineer II and Assistant Engineer at the Maine Department of Transportation from October 2011 to December 2016, where contributions included design work for various construction projects. Additionally, Katherine gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of New Hampshire, focusing on asphalt concrete production. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with an Environmental Concentration from Norwich University.
