Paul Burrows has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Supervisor for the City of Westbrook, Maine since October 2008. Previously, Paul held the position of Operations Manager at Commercial Paving Co. from July 1999 to March 2006 and began their career as an Equipment Operator at S. D. Warren from June 1983 to November 1998. Paul is a graduate of Gorham High School, where a diploma in Shop was obtained between 1979 and 1982.
