Thomas Selby has extensive experience in public safety, primarily as a Public Safety Emergency Communications Dispatcher and Firefighter/EMT. Since June 2004, Thomas has worked for the Town of Scarborough, holding various roles including full-time dispatcher and firefighter/EMT, and serving as an Assistant Live-in Program Coordinator. Concurrently, Thomas has been with the City of Westbrook, Maine, as a per-diem public safety dispatcher and a call firefighter since 2004. Thomas holds an Associate in Applied Science degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Southern Maine Community College and a high school diploma from Westbrook High School.
