Roderick Arzu

Roderick Arzu has a strong background in treasury and finance, spanning over 18 years of work experience. Roderick is currently serving as the Vice President of Treasury and Finance at Westbrook, a position they assumed in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Treasury at Westbrook from June 2021 to April 2022.

Before joining Westbrook, Roderick worked at American Red Cross as a Regional Volunteer/Mentor as part of the LEAD ROTATIONAL PROGRAM since January 2021. Roderick then transitioned to Deckers Brands, where they served as a Senior Treasury Manager from November 2019 to June 2021.

Roderick's experience also includes valuable time at The Walt Disney Company (formerly Fox Entertainment Group) as Director of Treasury from December 2016 to September 2019. In this role, they oversaw various financial transactions, maintained relationships with different entities, executed hedging strategies, and provided treasury support for M&A activities.

Prior to their tenure at Disney, Roderick spent two years at Sony in treasury management roles. Roderick served as a Senior Global Treasury Manager from March 2015 to December 2016 and as a Global Treasury Manager from June 2014 to March 2015. Roderick also gained experience at Sony Pictures Entertainment, working as a Foreign Exchange and Liquidity Manager from April 2011 to June 2014 and as a Corporate Credit Manager from December 2006 to April 2011.

Roderick's career started at Union Bank of California, where they worked as a Private Banking Relationship Associate-Financial Services Officer from 2003 to 2006.
