Alexa Mendoker

Alexa Mendoker is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in sales, catering, and restaurant management. Currently serving as the Sales and Catering Manager at Westchester Country Club since May 2021, Alexa has successfully customized menus for private events and maintained professional relationships with members. Prior roles include Assistant Restaurant Manager and Maitre D', along with involvement in the Judiciary Board at The Culinary Institute of America, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between students and faculty, and investigating student conduct cases. Alexa also managed operations as the SRC Front Desk Manager at The Culinary Institute of America and contributed to retail sales and cake decorating at Mendokers' Bakery and House of Cupcakes. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from The Culinary Institute of America, earned in 2021.
