James Nolan serves as the Westchester County Legislator for District 15, covering Yonkers and Bronxville since January 2022. Prior to this role, James Nolan was the President of The Michael Nolan Scholarship Fund from October 2015 to January 2022, focusing on providing scholarship support to student athletes in The Yonkers Public School System in memory of Michael Nolan, a victim of a drive-by shooting. James Nolan earned an Associate of Science degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Western Oklahoma State College between 2013 and 2017.
