Joan Malara

Joan Malara has extensive experience in administrative and program support roles, currently serving as a Program Assistant at the Westchester Institute For Human Development since September 2017, where responsibilities include supporting child welfare programs and coordinating transportation. Prior to this, Joan worked as a Senior Market Research Analyst at Greenwich Associates from January 2006 to January 2017, focusing on workflow monitoring and data quality.
