Brenda Haas

Brenda Haas is an experienced professional in the field of social work and counseling, currently serving as the Program Coordinator for GPS (Guiding Parents Through Services) and as a Social Worker Consultant at the Leffell School since June 2010, while also contributing as a Community Volunteer at JCCA Pleasantville Cottage School since July 2004. Previous roles include Social Worker positions at Family Health Associates and Bensonhurst Guidance Center, as well as serving as an Intervention Counselor at La Guardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts. Brenda holds an Ed.M. in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard Graduate School of Education, a Post Graduate Advanced Clinical Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, and an M.S.W. in Social Work from New York University, along with a B.A. in Psychology and Education from Brandeis University.
