Caitlin Leon has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Caitlin currently serves as the Director of Digital Equity & Training at Westchester Jewish Community Services since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at WJCS from 2012 to 2021, initially as a Bilingual Program Social Worker and later as the Coordinator for the Young People Achieve Program.
Before their time at WJCS, Caitlin was a Residential Social Worker at Leake & Watts Services, Inc from 2009 to 2012, where they managed a caseload of 10-15 youth in a residential treatment center. Caitlin Leon earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish from Loyola University Maryland from 2002 to 2006. Caitlin also attended the Fordham University Graduate School of Social Service from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Client Centered Management. In addition, they briefly studied at Universidad de Alcalá in Alcalá de Henares, Spain in 2004, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are not mentioned.
