Heather Tompkins-Gallo

Heather Tompkins-Gallo has held various roles throughout their work experience. Heather started their career as an Administrative Intern at Health Quest in 2006. Heather then worked as a Practice Management & Credentialing Specialist at Somers Orthopedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group from 2007 to 2009. Heather then joined NYU Langone Medical Center as an Administrative Resident in the Office of Graduate Medical Education from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they served as the Business Manager in the Department of Pathology at NYU Langone Medical Center from 2010 to 2018. Currently, Heather is working at Westchester Medical Center, a member of WMCHealth, where they have held the roles of Assistant Director, Professional & Support Services from 2018 to 2020, Director, Professional & Support Services from 2020 to 2023, and currently holds the position of Senior Director, Operations since 2023.

Heather Tompkins-Gallo attended Canterbury School for high school. Heather then went on to Elmira College, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Criminal Justice. Heather later pursued their MPA at New York University, specializing in Healthcare Management & Policy.
