Joshua Ratner

Joshua Ratner currently serves as the Adjunct Assistant Professor of Public Health at New York Medical College and the Chief Executive Officer of HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley, where efforts are focused on restoring stability and integrating operations with WMCHealth. Previously, as Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Westchester Medical Center, Ratner led the development of a strategic plan that increased inpatient market share and secured significant funding for HealthAlliance Hospital. With a foundation in strategic planning and business development cultivated at various healthcare institutions, including Saint Clare's Health System and NYU Langone Health, Ratner possesses extensive experience in driving operational performance and innovation across diverse healthcare networks. Ratner holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Policy & Management from NYU and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus on Health & Society from Stony Brook University.
