Patrick McCoy

Patrick McCoy is currently the Director at Westchester Medical Center. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Director of the York City Municipal Water Finance Authority from January 2007 to August 2008. Patrick also served as the Director of Finance for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority from June 2004 to December 2006. In this role, they directed the issuance of over $8.2 billion in long-term debt and negotiated over $4 billion in derivative instruments in managing the MTA's debt portfolio. Patrick also served as Deputy Director beginning in June 2002. Prior to this, they were the Manager of Investor Relations for New Power Company from January 2001 to January 2002 and Managing Supervisor for Fleishman-Hillard, Inc from January 2000 to January 2001. Patrick was also the Manager of Investor Relations for TSASC, Inc from January 1999 to January 2000 and for NYC Office of Management and Budget from January 1994 to December 2000.

Patrick McCoy has a B.A. in Psychology from St. Ambrose University, a Diploma from Dowling Catholic HS, and an M.S. in Urban Policy Analysis & Management from The New School.
