Theresa Maddalena

Theresa Maddalena, CPSP™️, currently serves as the Manager of Total Rewards and Total Rewards Partner at Westchester Medical Center, a member of WMCHealth, since May 2021. Prior to this role, Theresa worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at Scarsdale Pediatrics from August 2019 to April 2022. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a specialization in Health Care Administration from Manhattan College (2018-2021) and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Eastern University (January 2023 - October 2023). Additional educational experiences include a Summer Program in Public Health at Cornell University in 2021 and a similar program at Harvard Medical School in 2016.
