Johnny Hjorteset

Johnny Hjorteset is an experienced welding engineer, currently working at Westcon Group since May 2014, focusing on various subsea projects. Responsibilities include overseeing welders, updating certifications, and managing welding procedures and qualification records. Prior to this role, Johnny worked at Aker Solutions for six years, where responsibilities included piping engineering, PDMS modeling, and the preparation of study reports for various projects. Johnny holds an Engineer's degree in Welding Engineering (IWE) and a Høgskolekandidat degree in Mechanical Engineering and related subjects from Høgskol Stord/Haugesund, along with education from Førde Tekniske Fagskole.
