Natalie Hanratty

Natalie Hanratty has extensive experience in property management, with their most recent position being Director of Property Management, Commercial at Westcorp Property Management Inc. Natalie held this role since 2014. Prior to that, they worked as a General Manager (Real Estate Management) at Triovest from 2000 to 2013. Before their time at Triovest, Natalie was a Property Manager at O&Y Enterprise from 1998 to 2000. Natalie started their career in property management as a General Manager at Brookfield LePage (Royal LePage / A.E. LePage), where they worked from 1985 to 1998.

Natalie Hanratty's education history includes studying Land Economics and Real Estate at the University of Alberta. Natalie has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including an Associate Broker certification from the BC Financial Services Authority in January 2022. In 2008, they earned a Certified Property Manager (CPM) certification from the IREM Institute of Real Estate Management. Additionally, Natalie received a Commissioner for Oaths certification from the Government of Alberta Department of Justice in 2005. In 1988, they obtained a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from BOMI International, and in 1987, they obtained an Associate Broker certification from the Real Estate Council of Alberta.
