Sylvia Briggs is an experienced Commercial Property Manager currently employed with the City of Edmonton since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of over 5,200 residential units. Sylvia has held the role of Assistant Property Manager and has also served as a Property Manager at Westcorp Property Management Inc. since September 2017. Prior experience includes nearly 18 years as a Community Director at Boardwalk REIT. In addition to property management, Sylvia is dedicated to mentoring and coaching six Area Managers in the daily operations of the residential units. Sylvia holds a designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC).
