Julie He

Julie He, CFA, MFin, currently serves as Principal & Portfolio Manager at Westcourt Capital, specializing in the selection of investment products and the construction of diversified portfolios aimed at achieving attractive risk-adjusted returns. Prior to this role, Julie held various positions at BMO Capital Markets from September 2010 to August 2023, including Director of Cross-Asset Solutions, where responsibilities included the design of structured investments and bespoke risk management solutions for high-net-worth and institutional investors. Julie’s expertise also encompasses origination and sales in structured products, equity-linked notes, and the development of proprietary indices. Education credentials include a Master of Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
