Betty Chao

Betty Chao is the Founder of WESTECH INTERNATIONAL INC, a position held since April 2021, and has been the Owner, President, and CEO of Westech International, Inc. since January 1995. Betty Chao holds a Ph.D. from Virginia Tech and both a Master of Science in Engineering (MSE) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from the University of Michigan.
