Eli H.

Eli H. is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the fashion industry, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Westech-usa since March 2023. Previously, Eli co-founded and held the position of Chief Creative Officer at Hyer Boots from July 2021 to March 2023. Eli has also worked as Design Director for the Men's Sportswear division at Eddie Bauer from October 2019 to January 2021 and served as a design and branding consultant from September 2017 to October 2019. Notable contributions include transforming the internal design process for Filson while managing design for all categories of men's and women's apparel, and consolidating design for the Red Fleece label at Brooks Brothers. Eli’s design expertise also spans tenure as Sr. Menswear Designer at Pendleton Woolen Mills and various roles at Polo Ralph Lauren, where a focus was placed on detailed product design and development. Eli holds education credentials from the Fashion Institute of Technology and The Ohio State University.
