Brenda Hernandez

Brenda Hernandez, MA, has extensive experience in educational outreach and workforce systems, currently serving as a Program Associate II at WestEd since March 2022, specializing in Economic Mobility, Postsecondary, and Workforce Systems. Prior to this role, Brenda held various positions at the University of California, Davis, including Regional Assistant Director for the Early Academic Outreach Program and Family College Advisor, as well as serving as a College Adviser Fellow at the University of California, Berkeley. Brenda began her career as a Recreational Leader with the City of Sacramento. Brenda holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from California State University-Sacramento and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a minor in Chicana/o/x Studies from the University of California, Davis.
