Kimberly Sato

Kimberly Sato, M.Ed., is an experienced education professional with a comprehensive background in early childhood education and program management. Currently serving as a Program Associate II at WestEd since December 2018, Kimberly has held roles including Instructor Coordinator for the Early Learning Preschool Development Grant B-5 and QRIS Quality Improvement Coordinator. Previous positions include Vice President of Professional Development and Director of Education at Kidango, Inc., where Kimberly managed multiple child care centers and developed training programs. Additional experience includes roles at First 5 Alameda County, 4C Council of Santa Clara County, and California Young World, showcasing expertise in quality enhancement, technical assistance, and program oversight.
