Joyce van de Garde

Joyce van de Garde currently serves as Leiterin Telekommunikation at Westenergie since January 2022. Previously, Joyce was Leiterin Innovation & Digitalisierung at Alliander from June 2019 to December 2021, overseeing the launch of a new regional energy solution. Joyce held significant roles at KPN, including Director Digital Life, where the focus was on sustainable product development, and VP Simplification Office, responsible for governance of transformation programs with substantial cost-saving targets. Other experience includes management positions in recruitment and reorganization at PostNL, business development at T-Mobile International, and consultancy roles at Detecon International and Eutelis Consult. Joyce holds an Executive MBA from Rotterdam School of Management and is currently pursuing further education in cybersecurity at Harvard Kennedy School.
