Nathalie Azzopardi

Nathalie Azzopardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and governance. Currently serving as the Chair of the Board of Trustees at the Western Academy of Beijing since June 2016, Nathalie has actively contributed to multiple sub-committees and has chaired the Director Search Committee while also holding the position of Board Treasurer. Previous roles include Human Resources Director at Gentherm, where Nathalie managed recruitment, training, industrial relations, and employee satisfaction initiatives, alongside serving as Human Resources Manager at Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and as a Management Consultant at the Malta Information Technology Agency. Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Business Management, with a specialization in Human Resources, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management and Public Policy from the University of Malta.
