Lane Gardiner

Lane Gardiner started working at Silver Spur Ranches in 2012 as the Cattle Projects Manager/Cattle Procurement and Sales. In this role, they managed financial projections, formulated budgets, and utilized risk management strategies for cattle. Lane then joined Western AgCredit in 2014 as Vice President - Lending Manager. In this position, Lane directed the credit administration, served as the Tremonton Branch Manager, administered human resources activities, provided training and mentorship to staff, coordinated with Credit Managers, oversaw marketing efforts, and assisted in developing potential business opportunities.

Lane Gardiner received a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Business and Management from Utah State University from 2005 to 2008. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master's Degree in Agricultural Economics at the University of Wyoming.
