Andrew Boucher

Andrew Boucher is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in asset liability management, risk management, and financial planning. Currently serving as Director of Asset Liability Risk Management at Western Alliance Bancorporation since September 2012, Andrew plays a key role in managing interest rate risk, liquidity risk, and regulatory capital while also contributing to strategic financial planning and analysis. Previous roles include Director of Finance at Asta Funding Inc, Senior Finance Manager at Bank of America, and Director of Corporate and Strategic Planning at MBNA America, where Andrew was responsible for significant financial oversight and integration during major corporate mergers. Andrew holds an MBA in Investment Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University.
