Grant Gaddy

Grant Gaddy, CRCM, CERP, currently serves as Compliance Manager - Regulatory Strategies at Western Alliance Bank since May 2023. Gaddy's extensive experience in compliance includes previous roles such as Compliance Manager and Compliance Officer at Silvergate Bank, as well as Senior Compliance Officer at Western Alliance Bank and Senior Compliance Analyst at Axos Bank. Gaddy began a career in compliance at Silvergate Bank as a Lending Compliance Specialist and Compliance Analyst, following an earlier position as Operations Assistant at Bank of the Sierra. Gaddy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Management from California State University, Fresno, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Finance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, along with a Certificate of Executive Leadership from the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Gaddy has also furthered education through various conferences and training programs related to regulatory compliance.
