Jared Nemet

Jared Nemet has extensive experience in finance and real estate, currently serving as Assistant Vice President in Hotel Franchise Finance at Western Alliance Bank since July 2025. Previously, Nemet held the position of Senior Investments Analyst at KHP Capital Partners from July 2021 to July 2025, following an earlier role as Investments Analyst. Nemet's background includes project management and analytical roles at TAMID Group and experience as a Teaching Assistant for Real Estate Finance at Cornell University. Additional experience includes tutoring in Principles of Hospitality Real Estate, a summer analyst position at Wells Fargo, a real estate internship at Avison Young, and event assistance at Where Flowers Bloom. Nemet earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate from Cornell University in 2021.
