Michael Sammis is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in credit risk management and analysis, currently serving as Director of Credit Risk Review at Western Alliance Bank since July 2023. With a comprehensive career spanning over three decades, previous roles include Senior Vice President at Texas Capital Bank, where responsibility included evaluating the bank's lending portfolio and ensuring compliance with CECL requirements. Prior to this, Michael held significant positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Capital One, Wells Fargo, and began a career as a Credit Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Michael holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from McNeese State University.
