Nick Richards

Nick Richards serves as the Senior Vice President of Specialized Mortgage Services at Western Alliance Bank since December 2022. With extensive experience in the banking and real estate sectors, Nick previously held the position of Vice President at M&T Bank from 2015 to 2021 and worked as an Assistant Vice President at both East West Bank and IDB Bank from 2013 to 2015 and 2011 to 2013, respectively. Earlier in his career, Nick was a Commercial Real Estate Investment Associate at Marcus & Millichap from 2007 to 2011 and began as a Credit Analyst at HSBC Bank USA, N.A. from 2005 to 2007. Nick holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Marymount University.
