Rich Santillian

Rich Santillian is currently working as an IT Technician at Western Allied Corporation since February 2022. Prior to this, Rich worked as a Technical Support Engineer and Customer Support Agent at Vision by Granicus from November 2016 to January 2020, where Rich provided customer support for local government CMS and websites. Rich also worked at Yellow Pages, Inc. from July 2000 to May 2018 in IT and customer service roles. Rich holds a degree in English from Whittier College, where Rich graduated in 1999.
