Justin Borsheim

Justin Borsheim has over 17 years of experience in management and accounting within the federal sector. Currently serving as the Maintenance Systems Manager at Western Area Power Administration since January 2006, Justin oversees the operation and maintenance of various systems including Maximo and DataSplice. Previous roles at WAPA include Financial Systems Manager, where oversight included a team of 7 business analysts and management of Oracle Federal Financials EBS, and IT Project Manager for the Oracle R12 upgrade, which was completed successfully on time and under budget. Justin also led the implementation of the Concur Government Edition travel system, benefiting approximately 2,000 users. Prior to WAPA, Justin worked as a Sales Accountant and General Accountant at Trinidad Benham. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration and a BS BA in Accounting from Columbia College, along with an Associate of Science in General from Red Rocks Community College.
