Susan Franklin

Susan Franklin is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering and asset management within the power generation and transmission sectors. Currently serving as Field Maintenance Manager for the Western Area Power Administration since June 2020, Susan previously held the role of Manager for Asset Management and Transmission PMO at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing customer service standards and establishing measurable processes. Susan's background also includes supervisory roles and electrical engineering positions, along with teaching experience at Casper College. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wyoming, an Associate of Science from Casper College, and certification as a Maintenance Reliability Professional in Asset Management and Reliability.
