Bob Marshall has over 20 years of experience in technology and application development roles. Bob started their career as a Director, Engineer, and Proprietary Trading Technology at Deutsche Bank, where they led a large development team and supported multiple trading desks and a hedge fund. After that, they worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Western Asset Management before becoming the Chief Technology Officer at Carlson Capital, LP. In this role, Bob was responsible for all aspects of technology for a multi-strategy hedge fund. Bob then returned to Western Asset Management as an Application Development Manager, where they were in charge of managing fixed income application development and product strategy. Throughout their career, Bob has shown a strong ability to lead teams, drive successful delivery, and manage key vendor partnerships.
