Jerome Chen has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jerome began working at Neteller as an Analytics Manager in 2005 before moving on to Experian as a Senior Statistical Principal in 2007. In 2009, Jerome joined Walmart as a Senior Strategy Manager, where they initiated people analytics strategies and developed machine learning models for the talent pool. After two years, they joined Western Asset Management in 2011 as a Lead Engineer Risk Platform, where they delivered a proprietary risk analytics platform and facilitated machine learning innovation. Later, Jerome became the Analytics Products Owner and Director at Western Asset Management in 2016. In this role, they set strategic directions for analytics products, oversaw their life cycle, and expanded product offerings to regulatory capital regimes.
