Dave Yeast has extensive experience in sports officiating and management. Currently working as a Football Instant Replay Official for the Big Ten Conference and Assistant Coordinator of Baseball Umpires for the Southeastern Conference, Dave also serves as Coordinator of Baseball Umpires for both the Pac-12 Conference and the Western Athletic Conference, alongside holding the same role at The Big West Conference. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at ArbiterSports and owner of Black Diamond Sports. Dave has a proven track record in managing officiating education initiatives and game day operations, with notable experience as an Instant Replay Communicator for the NFL and National Coordinator of Baseball Umpires for the NCAA. Education includes attendance at The University of Tulsa from 1977 to 1979.

The WAC is an NCAA Division I conference comprised of 11 schools, located in Arlington, TX. Member institutions include Abilene Christian University, California Baptist University, Grand Canyon University, Seattle University, Southern Utah University, Stephen F. Austin State University, Tarleton State University, The University of Texas at Arlington, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, Utah Tech University and Utah Valley University. The WAC crowns team and individual champions in 19 sports – 9 men’s and 10 women’s.
