Samir Mhanna

Samir Mhanna is an experienced procurement professional, currently serving as the Head of Procurement at Western Bainoona Group since January 2008, where responsibilities include overseeing daily operations and managing significant purchases across various business divisions, including construction and transportation. Previously, Samir held the positions of Import/Export Manager and Administrative Manager at HAPCO Group from 2006 to 2008, advising on import/export strategies while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. Samir also served as Partner and Managing Director at Al-Saif Trading Company from 1993 to 2006, where the focus was on establishing operations in Lebanon and managing supplier agreements and import logistics. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of Sales and Services at the same company from 1979 to 1992, managing procurement and budget processes for spare parts. Samir holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Beirut Business School and has completed education at Chouf National College and Mansourieh High School.
