Charlotte Burns

Charlotte Burns is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and member engagement. Currently serving as the Marketing Automation Coordinator for the Western Bulldogs since June 2023, Charlotte has successfully developed automated nurture journeys that have significantly improved member engagement, leading to record crowds and an 11% year-over-year membership growth. Prior roles include Digital Marketing Specialist at Pixeld, where Charlotte executed lead generation and SEO strategies, and Digital Content Strategist, responsible for a wide range of content development and social media strategy. Additional experience includes managing social media for Utah State University’s Journalism and Mass Communications Department and producing high-volume SEO-driven content at One Stop Media.
