Daniel Duvnjak-Zaknich is an experienced professional in physical performance, currently serving as the Head of Physical Performance at the Western Bulldogs since November 2023. Previously, Daniel held the position of Senior Physical Performance Coach at GWS GIANTS for one year and was the Head of Strength and Conditioning at Fremantle Football Club for nearly nine years. Additional roles include Strength and Conditioning Consultant at Scarboro SLSC, Men's Hockey Strength Coach at the Western Australian Institute of Sport, and Head of Strength and Conditioning at East Perth Football Club. Daniel began the career as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Sandringham Football Club and has also served as a Fitness Advisor at Balwyn Cricket Club and Sport Scientist/Head Lecturer at Exercise Research Australia. Academically, Daniel is a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Sport Physiology at The University of Western Australia and holds a Master of Exercise Science in Strength and Conditioning from Edith Cowan University, alongside a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Exercise and Health Science from The University of Western Australia.
