Nilesh Ghuge

Nilesh Ghuge is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Western Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd, overseeing the establishment of the retail business and the launch of "PRABHAV LOANS" for impact financing since October 2023. Previously, Nilesh served as the Business Head for SME at L&T Financial Services from November 2019 to October 2023, and held the CEO position at Cox & Kings Financial Services Ltd from January 2019 to October 2019. Nilesh's experience also includes significant roles such as Group Business Head for SME at Reliance Commercial Finance Ltd and CEO of Fintree Finance, where emphasis was placed on MSME finance. At YES BANK, spanning from January 2011 to August 2017, Nilesh contributed as President and Head of various divisions, including Product Development and Agri Business Banking, where Nilesh was responsible for significant sales and digitization efforts. Nilesh began a career in banking as Assistant General Manager at ICICI Bank from July 2003 to January 2011. Nilesh holds an MMS degree in Marketing from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, completed in 1999.
