Shushant Dash

Shushant Dash is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in credit management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Credit at Western Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd since February 2024, Shushant has held senior roles such as National Credit Head at Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited and Head of Credit at IIFL Samasta Finance Limited. Previous positions include Deputy Vice President at AU SMALL FINANCE BANK, State Credit Head and Cluster Credit Manager at IDFC Bank, and Regional Credit Manager at ICICI Bank. Shushant began a career in finance at Deutsche Postbank and has also worked at DHFL and HDFC Ltd, in roles ranging from Appraisal Officer to Operation Trainee. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the National Institute of Business Management, certifications from Microsoft Inc USA, and a Bachelor of Science in Maths from Utkal University.
